Tom: God, I’ve had it with this cursed coffee machine!
Jennifer: Hi Tom, what’s all that shouting about?
Tom: This wreck took my money again! This office is falling apart. How can we serve customers here anymore?
Jennifer: I get you all right. Everything here is worn: the carpets are stained, the chairs brokenshaky the furniture is scratched and torn, the computers and printers are deteriorating, nothing ever works and even the wallpaper on the walls has seen better days! As if that wasn’t enough, the corridors are a maze, clients get lost here all the time. Did you hear? Last Monday one of the clients broke her leg when she tripped on one of the loose floor tiles... and all
Tom: Imagine that. What ever happened to that meeting we had in January, when they promised us some redecorating and perhaps even moving offices?
Jennifer: Don’t know... Hey, but you know... There was an e-mail circulating in our internal mailbox lately, can’t exactly recall... but there was something about new equipment coming in...
Tom: You mean the one from Jeremy? Yeah, there was something. You know, I’ve had it with this thing here, I’ll go look for this e-mail, maybe it will help my mood. See you later!
